• Sprinkler and fire hose cabinet piping system
• Saritary system installations in wet areas and kitchens

Phase 0 Extension Works consisted of about 3,000 m² construction area in fully completed and functioning Mega Teply Stan Shopping Center in Moscow. Contractor had in his scope the following works basically, under a supply & installation contract:

• Demolition of existing structures and systems in extension zone
• Structural and architectural installations including roof revision structural modification works
• Heaving, ventilation and cooling systems
• Power distribution in extension zone including modifications in existing main distribution boards
• Fire alarm and fire announce system
• Sprinkler and fire hose cabinet piping system
• Smoke exhaust and pressurization system

Marashstroy has successfully managed all works above in accordance with agreed time schedule, not only showing their quality workman ship capacity but also proving their project management, logistics coordination, administrative skills and problem solving abilities.

This is to certify that Mr. Selcuk Karaca was the General Contractor's coordinator of the construction of Mega Family Shopping Center is Kstovo district of Nizhniy Novgorod region.

MEGA Family Shopping Center has a total floor area of 125,000 m² and in addition 120,000 m² parking underneath the shop floor. In the Center there are about 150 tenants including the anchor tenants IKEA, AUCHAN and OBI.

The contract with the General Contractor was a Design & Built Lump Sum contract with a final total amount of 125,000,000 USD. The construction period was 15 months and Mr. Karaca successfully managed to finish the Center in order for all tenants to open on the planned day.

Mr. Karaca has not only been a cooperative and inspiring person to work with, but has also proven his capacity by fulfilling a tough task in the construction of this project with satisfactory quality.
